Contact Fluentella by sending an email to with more information and we will get back to you with a language plan to suit your company’s specific needs.

Needs Analysis

We work closely with you to establish and reach the objectives you have for each employee. Each person on your team will receive personalized tutoring depending on their level. Fluentella is not a one-size-fits-all type of establishment. Your employees are unique and so are their learning styles.

Confirming Language Levels

During the first lesson, the teacher will confirm each employee’s level by assessing his/her reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while getting acquainted. This will give the teacher the opportunity to track the employee’s development over the teaching period of twelve weeks. A weekly report will also be emailed to each individual employee with tips on how to improve as well as online resources the employee can use and study in his/her free time to review what was taught.

English Teacher

Hello, my name is Kelsey. I am from the United States, currently living in Washington. In 2014 I graded with a Bachelors in Arts. The following year I spent teaching English as a second language to both first and secondary school students. Most recently these past three years I have tutored ESL students individually as opposed to the large classrooms I encountered my first-year teaching. Watching students improve their skills and learn to grow makes teach the most rewarding job. It is a joy to see my students make progress and come to class with an enthusiasm to learn.

English Teacher

Hello, my name is Jerry. I am from the Republic of Ireland, but I am currently living in Spain. In 2014 I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science Education from the University of I.T Carlow. The following year I moved to Spain and began my adventure as an ESL teacher, where I have been teaching both online and in the classroom for over 7 years. I have worked with all ages and levels and I am TEFL certified with a 160hr teaching certificate. Teaching for me is not just a job, I see it more as a passion and I get great pleasure from watching my students grow and become more confident using the English language.

English Teacher

I’m Ray from Johannesburg, South Africa. I’ve been teaching English to children and adults in a variety of settings. I began as an online English teacher to adults in Johannesburg before moving to Korea to teach children from kindergarten to the 6th grade, in an after-school language program for a public school in Jeonju. I then taught elementary school students in Thailand before returning to Korea to teach at private language schools in Jeonju and Anyang-si. I have 5+ years of teaching experience with all ages, levels, and nationalities. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Head Spanish Teacher

Teaching has always been my passion and not my job. Over the last 14 years, I have taught a wide variety of age -groups, and levels, but my commitment has been always aimed at maximizing every student’s performance and making the learning process less challenging and more enjoyable.

Therefore, my students learn how to perform in the four skills through a wide range of dynamic activities related to everyday situations and not through infinite doses of theory and memorization. I strongly believe in teaching as a tool to create and innovate, being my main goal, to offer a meaningful experience over the journey in which learning happens inadvertently.

I’ve taught Mathematics, Physics, Portuguese and English for the past 10 years and I love a new challenge. I am great at playing video games and use games in my lessons to help students enjoy learning even more!
